[Acne] Bad Breakout After Surgery
Hi everyone!
I (28 f) had surgery on 5/18 to remove an ovarian
cyst and endometriosis. Everything went well, but
For the first couple days in recovery I was unable
to do my skin care routine. My mom also noticed
that my cheeks were incredibly flushed (warm
and red but luckily not feverish). Now I have
the worst break out of my entire life! I never had
acne this bad even as a teenager. I’m wondering if
maybe they used something that cause irritation
to my skin barrier and I’ve resumed my regular
routine which is:
Morning:
Rinse with cold water
Vichy 89 mineral serum
Byoma mucin serum
Byoma barrier eye cream
Bubble Cloud Water Moisturizer
Biore Aqua Rich SPF 50
Evening:
Naturium Gelee face wash
Same Vichy and Byoma serums and eye cream
Kopari whipped ceramide cream
La Roche Posay Cicablast Cream
Any help is appreciated and if this has ever happened to anyone else after surgery please let me know. (Also sorry if spacing is weird because I’m on mobile)
