I just received a new reMarkable Paper Pure to replace my three-year-old reMarkable 2. The RM2 was starting to give me some trouble, and since I use it every day, I was willing to pay for the upgrade.

What I didn't realize before ordering is that the marker technology is different on the Paper Pro. Has anyone found a good third-party marker that works with the device? I like to keep a backup on hand for when I inevitably misplace the official marker that came with it.

I bought a new Paperwhite after my trusty Oasis finally gave up the ghost. For years, I've downloaded samples and then purchased books from within the sample once I decided to buy. Across many Kindle devices, I've never had a problem.

On the new Paperwhite, any purchase made from a sample would hang as "queued" and not download until I rebooted the device. I chatted with support, and they sent me a replacement Paperwhite.

The replacement has the same issue, except now I get an "item is unavailable" message and the device goes to a blank white screen that I can't escape without rebooting. Once I reboot, the new purchase appears and downloads normally.

This seems pretty clearly like a software issue, but I haven't found much evidence that others are experiencing it. Has anyone else run into this bug? If so, were you able to fix it?
