I’ve moved to Otsego County from out of state and I have taken my 18 hour pistol permit class. I have a collection of handguns that I would like to transfer from and out of state FFL to an in-state FFL and I was made aware of only two coupons per 30 days can be provided to an individual with a CCW.

Hypothetically speaking if someone has a large collection of handguns, it could take a substantial amount of time to transfer them to the owner if you’re only allowed two coupons per 30 days. Am I reading that correctly? What other options are there?
