I recently made horchata for the first time and my 4 year old loves it, but every time he drinks it his skin gets irritated where the horchata touches it. At first I assumed he was allergic and started freaking out, but he had zero reaction to it. Other than the red marks he acted perfectly normal.

The horchata has rice, sweetened condensed milk, half and half, cinnamon, and vanilla in it, that's it. He's had all of this before in different things and has never had a reaction like this.

Does anyone know what may have caused the redness?? The only thing I can thing of is an allergic reaction but it really doesn't seem like that's the case.
