CMF Phone 2 Pro charging issue after update – only charges properly when powered off
Hi, after the latest update my CMF Phone 2 Pro started having a weird charging issue exactly one day after warranty ended,
original charger+cable issue
Nothing charger (X1) + Nothing cable (Y1) → phone only charges properly sometimes / mostly when powered off
X1 + another cable → works
Another charger + Y1 → works
Another charger + another cable → works
Same X1 + Y1 combo charges another phone - work
Same charger+cable works perfectly on another phone, and my phone charges with other charger/cable combinations
Symptoms:
“Charging rapidly” no longer appears
Battery percentage gets stuck
Phone charges normally when powered off
No overheating or burning smell
when “Charging rapidly” does not appear, the phone can continue losing battery even while plugged in (example: 54% → 53%)
Is anyone else facing this after recent updates?
