Hard to describe. Ive just been calling it gloopy

Just think the metro series meshed with some sort of ultra-violent teenage mutant ninja turtles, and everyone lives in the sewers which are irradiated and everything is just neon and covered in waste

Tunnel rats are everywhere and everyone who isnt just flagrantly murdering to survive are just scavengers who make little hovels in nooks and crannies that are relatively safe

Need some inspo, young people, let me have it!
