There’s this role that I am considering and actually looking forward to but it is going to be in a night shift role. I want to ask if there’s anyone here that’s been in a night shift role for a long time and how were you able to manage it.

I’ve heard that it can take a toll on your health at some point so want to know how you go about that. I am asking cause I am also trying to see the role as a long term thing.
