[TOMT] Hi when I was younger a movie came on the UK free view channels and I've no clue what it is or could've been. The only thing I remember is an Asian or Chinese lady who would sow so fast that the scarf she was making or whatever it was would attack people. I know it's not a lot, but I hope anyone knows what I'm on about as it'll be a massive nostalgia trip for me.

[TOMT] Hi, I used to watch the free cartoon channels in the UK as a kid in the early 2000s, this is all I remembered but I can't find anything about it!

The main character rides a scooter, I'm sure the character just went downhill and took their dog on a walk. They also wear headphones and works for a pizzeria (I think), the theme is kinda neon with pink from early 2000s. Or it was just pink with black buildings, I cannot remember
