I am not getting too hot? My first roast

Hi guys I hope you can help me: I bought a Fresh roast sr540 to roast my coffee at home. I watched videos and learn before starting. My main concern is that I monitored the temperature that the machine provided but I barely reached the 400 F, from what I read, it must be significantly higher than that.

I used 130 gr of coffee initially and at the end I had 116. My plan was:

Power at 9 of 9 during the whole process

Fan at 9/9 from 0:00 to 3:00 minutes

Fan at 8/9 from 3:00 to 4:30

Fan at 7/9 from 4:30 to 6:30

Cooling 3 minutes

I tried two times at different places of my home (to check it wasn't an outlet problem) and monitored the temperature over the process (the plot is in the images).

I think I heard something like a crack at 5 minutes, but it was a very isolated thing, It didn't sound to me like many beans at the same time.

Any suggestions on what to do with the temperature? Or how do I check it reached the first crack?
