New to the game and learning commander - I found the fallout cards and love the “Hail, Cesar” deck.

Tied to find fallout booster packs but they all seem super expensive. Is it too late to rip packs on older unique IP sets?

Would love to augment my deck, and keep it in the fallout world, but feels like that cost would be prohibitive.

Am I out of luck and forced to buy singles? Or is there a hidden well of fallout boosters to rip? lol
