I already updated flash bios and all cables are connected, how can i fix it, it doesnt give display in monitor

I already update m flash the bios with the usb but the pc doesnt turn on yet, no dp signal. I recently build it

It keeps turning off after turning it on, i tried to click the change input in the video.

The holes dont line with the gpu, i tried loosing the mobo screws but didnt work

I think im just dumb but i cant my 5080 fit in the motherboard , its a rtx 5080 asus prime and the motherboard is a msi x870 Gaming plus, its my first time doing it sorry. Help
