As of now, me (28) and my wife (27) hold the following:

- Vanguard International Fund (via VPI): $190k (we add $1k/fortnight)
- Gold: 22 ounces
- Super: 53k + 40k (we will start max salary sacrifice from upcoming FY)
- Cash: $15k
- HECS debt: 38k
- Current Salary: 80k each
Approx Couple Networth: $350k

1. We are aiming to get higher salary by either moving jobs or seeking internal promotions
2. Looking for investment property (currently living with my parents)
3. Will try to maintain vanguard investment and increase with salary increase

Any advice on what our next steps should be?
