Don't know if this is the right community to ask but I need help

I just wake up to find this weird message on WhatsApp but the scary this is that WhatsApp tells me that I'm the one who added this number and I'm sure I didn't so any one has explanation what is that or how it happend

I blocked the number and kicked it out of the group
