I landed 6 months intern at blackrock ( day 0 offer) with a PPO guarantee based on performance. However now my intern comes to an end, I got to know that won't be getting FTE offer due to headcount/team constraints despite my "strongly performed" rating. I am completely lost as it's almost done for the 2026 batch. If anyone has any connections or hiring within their team, please help.What kind of trend these big companies are following oracle, blackrock, Samsung etc. completely disappointed
