I was in a Japan tour group and I saved a girl from ruining her trip
Okay so this was way back pero it was still a core memory in my mind. Theres just something about saving a damsel in distress, yknow?
I was in a tour group of varying nationalities w/ people from Malaysia, Korea, Philippines etc., and in one of the spots we went to was a shore where you could feed fish. Now, I was with my titas at the nearby lawson, responsible for guiding them around and I overheard them saying something about a lost cellphone and how they handed it over to the cashier. Of course, that was none of my concern yet, and I just led my titas back to the shore.
Now, when it was time to head back to the bus, I was tasked with buying water at lawson and that’s where I saw this troubled girl who was looking for something by the restroom. I really mustered up my courage and talked to her:
“Hey, are you looking for your phone?”
And she looked up at me with the cutest troubled face, “Yes, uhm its a xxxx colored phone (I think its purple idk)”
“I think I know where it is, come with me”
So I just led her to the cashier and I asked the cashier that someone lost their phone and if the phone handed over was hers. It was, and I was witness to the greatest relief I saw in my life. Can you imagine losing your phone in another country where you don’t speak their language?
We then walked back together and that’s when I learnt she was Malaysian and went to Tokyo from Osaka after splitting with her friends because she wanted to stay longer; shared in excitement about her trip to Japan. Guys, she was the first girl I introduced to my titas. The tour guide saw us returning together and started shipping us and keneleg aq cuz she’s actually my type. The trip went on and since I was with my titas, I couldn’t pursue further.
If only I had more courage, I’d have at least asked for her name.
