In person or online ?
My husband and I are selling our home and moving, taking very little Furniture and some household items. I have been interviewing estate sale companies and have learned that there are online and in person. I’m wondering for those of you with experience which is better. The online is very appealing because people are not tracking through your home and beating it up. Also, the percentages are ranging from 35 to 40 sometimes even 50%. One company charges a flat rate for set up and staging and pricing. When in person company requires you to be out of the home 10 days in advance of the sale another one two days which would mean a hotel stay. As you can see this is all over the board.
