Hello, I have 1Gb/s Ultrafast Max sky fibre broadband. However the sky router I have is the standard sky hub. The broadband range is fine and I have no issues there but I find if I connect too many devices simultaneously via WiFi the speed drops and the connected devices drop or slow to a crawl.

Earlier I was watching tv via sky stream puck, my wife was watching videos on her phone and I was streaming my PS5 to my steam deck via Chiaki. Sky stream stopped working, my wife’s videos stopped loading and I lost connection to chiaki.

It seems to be a congestion issue more so than a range or speed problem. Would buying a better router likely solve this issue? Thanks.
