Been going at this all day. This is from the KO Thundercracker. I just need to work on the legs and add the white to his shoulders and shins, and an extra coat of red to make it pop more. I only wish I could stop the paint on his elbows from peeling off when moving them.
I ordered these two a month apart and they both got delivered today. I got Starscream from EB Games and Thundercracker off of Ali Express. I can’t get enough of this seeker mould.
The main reason why I grabbed the KO is cause I’m gonna try and make a Red Wing out of it since I don’t think Hasbro is gonna make one soon. It feels practically identical to the Hasbro one and comes with some extra parts. I gave Starscream his jet boosters since they are actually effect compatible and the extra set of null rays. The grey null rays from the KO transform into missiles for the Alt Mode.
I’ve had it for about a month now and I can’t decide what I should do with it. Should I sell it or make a custom out of it?
I just got the next 3 Primes for my collection. Yes I know there’s technically only supposed to be the original 13 but personally it won’t feel complete unless I have one of them all. I already had Prima, Optimus, Liege, Megatronus, Alchemist, Nexus, and Vector.
Quintus, Micronus, Onyx, Alpha Trion, Amalgamous are now all I need to finish them off. I felt like I needed Nova to stand out a bit more from the rest so I printed off some limb extensions.
Went to Walmart earlier this morning and found like this after I got out. The rest of his parts were completely crushed just out of frame. 🥲
I don’t think I can do much more with him. I’m a lot happier with how this one turned out compared to any of my older ones.

Nearly done with Skywarp. Just need to finish up with his hands and the additional details. I discovered that Legacy Cybertron Starscream’s head is a perfect fit. But that brings an issue with the size of his head.
I originally bought Misfire as soon as it showed up on the shelf at my Walmart. I absolutely loved him and never let it out of my sight. One day about a year after I got him he disappeared, but for some reason I still had his Headmaster.
Almost 10 years later I finally have him again and he’s just as perfect as the day I lost him
I’ve been looking for this guy since he came out. Any time I’ve come across one I never had the money to buy him. Took the first chance I got and got him for only $60. Best part is, it’s 100% complete and doesn’t have a broken hip ratchet. The only downside is that I don’t have a Metroplex or Fortress Maximus to pose him next to.
Of those two, which one would be better to buy?
