So basically what these people do is break buildings and other objects within the game in order to cheat and make you lose in the game, and if you're on top of a certain building in the game with no balloon to fly off with when they're breaking something you're on... welllll you're screwed.

I suggest switching servers or not playing the game at all. Cause boy are these people infuriating to deal with.
