I've been doing a crime based short channel for a few months now. Basically what i do is i take stories of criminals or victims and what they did and post em with my own voice.

The first few videos did well but sometimes i would get 0 views and i learned that there are some things that YouTube doesn't let you talk about.

so i switched the script up and made it super yt friendly and now i do get around 500-1k(currently at 40 subs) views per short but people click off withing the first 20 seconds(the shorts are about 50 seconds long).

Do y'all have any good tips for scripting or how to keep this channel up and going, cz this is literally my first time starting a channel like this.

I've been doing gaming content for a few months and has been Gaining some subs, but i do wanna know if there's either apps or even a website where i can search for trending keyword or even topics people are searching for in that very specific niche.

I tried the "explore topic" in the "Trends" feature in yt studios but it doesn't really show you much.
