Summer Bursaries/Grants tend to be less?
Just received an email notifying that I’ve been accepted for a Summer 2026 Bursary. Very grateful by all means. I have noticed though over the years, while virtually nothing changes about the severity of my financial need or style of application, the funding amounts I receive are INVARIABLY highest in the fall, a bit lower in the winter, and substantially lower in the summer. This is a trend that’s remained consistent over 3 years (so 9 semesters total). Coincidence? Or is there a reason I’m overlooking?
