First of all I ordered a pizza and cheese corn balls. Which makes it two items. They called me to tell me that they don’t have the cheese corn balls, so I told them to remove it from my order and send me the pizza. Zomato charged me for both things, and then when I actually get the pizza, it was not even in a proper bag, and the whole pizza slid around in the box and all I got was a cold smushed pizza. After that I tried to contact support and they keep telling me to email them about it and no one has refunded me the amount I wasted on this abomination. I am really frustrated and I don’t know what to do, except I’ve already sent them a huge email about this with the pictures. I am never using Zomato again.
