Is this an acceptable repair ?

I posted a couple days ago about a repair job and got quite the respose. Since then the company came back and tried again. Once again I went up and checked the work and took several photos.

The original repair was to remove a satalite dish and patch the holes.

EDIT

I'm getting alot of comments thinking this is a joke, ragebait or that I am "up vote farming" so as stated in a couple comments here's some context

Its a long story. I hired a legit company with good google reviews. When the estimator showed up it happened to be an acquaintance to my surprise. I got an official quote via email but than when I thanked him and told him I would go ahead and sign it and send it in, he told me he will take care of all the office stuff and handle it himself. I figured he was representing a good company and it'd all work out. I dont know if this job was done through the company or if he stole it as a side job thinking he could get away with it because he knows me. After the disaster he created the first time I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and reached back out to tell him he needs to do a better job. Now I am in a situation where if I reach out to the company he will surely be in big shit and I can't bring myself to do that to him. That's why I gave him another chance to fix his work before calling the company and explaining everything that had happened, but obviously at this point I dont have much choices.

So long story short Im not an idiot, I dont know much about roofing so I hired a legit company but now because this clown showed up and I have a heart, I am stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Is this an acceptable repair job?

UPDATE IN COMMENTS

I recently discovered some discolored wood from moisture in my attic so I hired a company to take a look. They advised me it was from a previously installed satalite dish over top of the shingles.

The company removed the dish, caulked the holes and screwed in a piece of metal flashing.

Is this an acceptable repair ? As someone not in the trade it looks like a poor job and potentially worse than just keeping the satalite dish there. Id love some professional opinions.

Thanks in advance
