My aim is not getting any better no matter how much i try

Ive been playing valorant for 2 years now i play on a laptop mostly its asus g16 i do go to cafe to play sometimes. I usually play 5 stack with my friends the four of them are ranged from diamond to ascendant and i alone am gold so the lobby we get is mostly diamond platinum and i just cant hit my shots its not about them being better than me, ive been playing continously trained with strafe bots aimlabs but i just cant hit my shots. I just cant be consistent ive always enjoyed playing even if i play higher ranks and get thrashed but now it is becoming annoying like i cant hit my shots even if the enemy is low hp i cant kill them. Im always afraid to even peek first knowing that ill die first and get flamed by my friends. I know diamond and platinum are not so far away from gold but i just dont get what am i doing wrong is it my movement or my positioning or my aim ? I dont get it i always lose my 1v1 duels but i play great on a good day my sensi is 0.34 800dpi.
Please anyone from ASC IMMO RADIANT would help me with some tips in the comments like what did yall do to get a nice consistent aim? I dont want a flashy aim i just want a consistent calm aim. Thats all thank you
