I submitted a report for suspected unfair play, but I haven't received any information about the outcome. Is there any way to check whether a report has been reviewed or request a manual review if I believe something may have been missed? I'm not trying to identify or accuse anyone publicly. I just want to understand how the reporting system works and what I should do if I believe a report wasn't properly reviewed.

After the latest FACEIT update, I am experiencing a serious input issue while playing.
When FACEIT is running, my mouse stops working completely in-game. I cannot click or move the cursor, and Windows shortcuts like Alt+Tab also stop working. The only way to recover is to restart the PC.
The issue does not happen when FACEIT is not running.
Could you please check if there is a compatibility problem with the latest update?

Yesterday, on a new account, he had a gold verification badge and also completed standard ID verification. He reached 3400 elo while playing blatantly, without receiving a ban, even though his main account had already been permanently banned for ban evasion and exploiting the platform.

The support is dead, they can’t handle anything. You pay for premium, and the servers still lag and there are tons of new accounts. I don’t recommend it and I advise against spending money there. And how do I know that “radiogruz” is playing on another account? Because I’m in the same dc and tele gram, and I have screenshots of what radiogruz is writing.

I would like to ask you to review the full demo from the match again, because it seems like the ban was given without checking the whole situation and context.
Jarosław received a 7 day ban, even though from the very beginning of the match the Ukrainian player was insulting him, insulting Poland and making political and national attacks. Everything can clearly be heard in the demo recording. He was provoking and attacking our nationality for the entire game.
Jarek stayed calm for a long time and did not start the toxicity. He only responded after constant insults and provocations. Anyone would eventually react after hearing this type of abuse for the whole match.
I honestly think the punishment was unfair because the clips shown were taken out of context. Please review the entire demo and not only selected moments sent by the other player.
The player who was insulting Poland and attacking on a national level should also face punishment for his behavior.

I reported a player for racism and for wishing death upon me and my family. I included the demo timestamps and exact rounds through the match report system.
It has already been 3 days and the player is still actively playing on FACEIT. I’m confused because this is extremely serious behavior and I expected faster action.
The problem is that manual support tickets regarding player reports seem to get automatically closed, so there is basically no way to follow up on the case.
Has anyone else experienced this situation? How long does FACEIT usually take to review reports like this?

I have a problem with a player who was automatically muted by valve due to racist and hateful behavior. I downloaded the demo from faceit / hltv and I have the exact rounds where the offensive behavior happened, but I cannot hear his microphone audio in the demo.
I already tried the basic console commands to unmute voice chat in demos, but nothing works. Because of this, I’m unable to make clips or write down exactly what he said word-for-word for the support report.
My question is: do faceit staff have any possibility to access or restore the muted player’s voice audio from the demo on your side?
