Discord Suspension
Discord permanently suspended my account for "malicious conduct" and showed me a message from May 3rd that says "use this one." What makes this even more confusing is that the message itself doesn't contain threats, scams, malware, or anything obviously malicious on its own. It's a short reply. I also have screenshots showing this exact message was already reviewed and I got actioned before. I've tried to appeal it on the support website but to luck, their AI kept telling me to appeal inside the app but the issue with that is, there wasn't an appeal button inside the app so I gave up. Now the same message is being used again as the reason for a permanent suspension. I'm trying to understand how a message that had already been reviewed and enforced against can be used a second time, especially when the message shown by itself doesn't clearly explain the violation. I've appealed and attached both screenshots. Please help.
