Yesterday I tried to buy Subnautica 2 on Steam using paypal. It said there was an authorisation issue. I tried buying something else, that didn't work either. Today I was able to buy it without a problem. This isn't the first time either. A week ago I tried to buy multiple DLCs for Stellaris. The big pack didn't work. Some i was able to buy in small loads or alone. Some couldn't be bought at all. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
