Is anybody else unable to redeem customers points at the register?
Just wanting to know if it's just my store or what.

I've had 4 customers now that have enough points to redeem and right below their points there's a line that says "redeem points: no" and our buttons to apply points are completely greyed out. Rebooting registers doesn't fix it.

Is this just an error or has something changed?
