

I'm expiramenting with different dialogue options, wondering what works best
Example 1: Both character on screen behind text, when one is talking the other one is darker. (another options is to give up on the darker part, and just have both characters appear as they are, theyre gonna have different expressions ans sprites)
Example 2: using massege bust plugin, one character is befor text while the other is behind. I have a problem with it, with the plugin I used, when I write the name in a seperate box it doesnt move right like the text and appears on the picture of the bust. If you know how to solve it I would love to know.
Example 3: only have the speaking character on screen before the text, using the bust plugin, and either have them all face the same direction (right) or have the player character be on the left while the npc on the right
Which one works best? Do you have maybe another suggestion i can try? I onlt used one other character in the examples but there will be scenes with multiple characters, and I want to differentiate the player character somehow in the dialogue
