Stuck Between R7 and CBR650R
Hey everyone, hope you’re all doing well.
I’m looking for some advice on choosing between two LAMS bikes: a Yamaha R7 or a Honda CBR650R. I’m just curious which one you’d pick and why.
I’m on my Ls/Ps for a while (around 3 years until I get my fulls), and I’m not sure if I’ll derestrict the bike later or just move on to something else once I’m unrestricted.
What I want is a bike that’s fun, has good power, sounds great, and feels properly quick.
For those who have ridden or owned them, which would you say is:
• Faster?
• More powerful / better feeling in the real world?
• Better sounding?
• More fun to live with long term?
Both seem like awesome options and I’m really stuck on what to get, so any opinions or experiences would be appreciated.
