Was playing a Tainted cain run with d20 when i managed to snowball enough to the point that i kept spawning chests and rerolling the pickups infinitely and on one of my rerolls i got this thing except i have no idea what it is, and i haven't seen anything like it before

Is this just a regular golden key but with a different rarer sprite? I haven't been able to find anything about it on the wiki
