Found a very friendly orange cat with a white flea collar and braided regular collar. The tag is missing. He seemed lost, and very skinny. I can't keep him inside. I already have 5 other cats inside who hate things that breathe. My orange cat is a outdoor cat so I hope they don't fight. He was found right on the corner of NE 2nd Ave and NE BLVD. His meows, almost sounds like tiny tweets or honks. If you know anyone missing a Orange let them know.
