I built a free TDEE calculator that includes a macro breakdown, water intake target and visual body fat estimator — would love honest feedback from this community

I've been working on a free TDEE calculator called SimpleTDEE and wanted to share it and make it simple to get help in understanding what you need to do, here for feedback from people who actually know what they're talking about. I want to help me and make advice more simple.

It calculates:

  • Your TDEE and BMR using Mifflin-St Jeor (or Katch-McArdle if you know your body fat %)
  • BMI with category
  • Maintenance calories
  • Goal calories for fat loss, muscle gain or maintenance
  • Full macro breakdown — protein, carbs, fats in grams
  • Daily water intake target

The thing I'm most proud of is the visual body fat estimator, instead of just typing in a number most people don't know, you can select an illustration that matches your body shape and it calculates from there.

It works in metric and imperial and takes about 60 seconds to use.

Would genuinely love feedback anything that's confusing, missing, or could be better. Happy to answer any questions too.
