For the record I'm not out due to my social environment and financial situation as well as frankly, being scared shitless. I try where I can appearance wise and do my very best to not arouse any suspicion from anyone. If (and I desperately hope) I can come out, I most certainly would want facial feminisation and hair removal surgery, along with HRT because I have a big fear or not passing, even if everyone I ever met was very accepting.

Say hypothetically: The world for whatever reason lost the ability to create more hormones for those who want to be on it. What would happen to someone's body if they were already on hormones? will the effects start reversing, or something much worse?

I don't really know too much about body altering stuff when it comes to transitioning outside of the basics, but I really would like to know more. I don't even know if HRT could even hypothetically "run out" in the world, but if it did, what would happen?

This is the first time I've ever interacted asked anyone online about anything trans related (or even used Reddit for trans related things), so I'm sorry if this question sounds a little silly or if my post is disjointed. Thank you so much and have a great rest of your day/night 🫶
