GTA 7 started under Sam Houser's creative direction.
The GOAT Sam Houser made an official statement confirming he won't leave Rockstar Games and will have full creative control over GTA 7.
In an official interview Sam Houser reportedly said: "I have a lot more ideas and creative vision for the GTA series, about 100 years worth of ideas."
GTA 7 concepts have already started at Rockstar Games and are expected to begin full production in 2027.
