None of the 3D-era Protagonists appear on their cover art while the HD-era games put their Protagonists in the top-middle panel

Some people think the guy in the top middle panel of Vice City's cover is Tommy but it's Sonny Forelli.

I'm hopeful for Empire Building to be brought back from Vice City Stories into GTA 6. It gives you so much to do outside of the main story narrative, plus it could function as an engaging endgame gameplay loop 🙏
