Hi! Total noob here! Freezer keeps thawing food when my little dudes run in to either deposit cooked food or to grab ingredients. have read a few posts detailing similar things and thought to do some of those solutions (the airlock doors, or double layering the walls) but none of that seems to fix the issue and i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong? freezer is set to -35 and if the door isn't opened it stays cold, so i don't think it's an actual freezing issue so much as it's a 'cold air escaping' issue when the doors keep opening. any help would be super appreciated!
