Hey, I love Vladimir since I started playing the game around 2012, stopped playing for 8 years and came back 3 month ago

I enjoy playing vlad, but I feel like I deal almost no damage, at the end of the match I average around half of the damage the enemy midlaner dealt. I'm trying to use the Q as soon as the cd is off but I still feel like I have no impact. (I found that going cosmic drive first helps me deal more damage overall, but I feel like it's still not enough)
