Cepia LLC has fantastic customer service!
Wanted to rant bc OMG i've never had such amazing customer service!
So recently the Decora Ponyz popped up at my walmart! I was super excited to get Gothica home but while washing the factory gel out her hair a lot of hair fell out of her tail. At first I thought it was just some excess factory fall out, but I continued and during me conditioning and brushing her hair most if not all of the black section of her tail fell out!!

I was really disappointed but my husband encouraged me to try and see if I could talk to a customer service line. I got in touch with a very nice lady named Rachel, who immediately offered to send me a new pony for the inconvenience and the package arrived today!! I was expecting only the one, but they sent me two! I could not be more excited.
