I was near totally out of hydration and mental and didn't want to waste what little food I had stored to bring my mental back up, so went out on what was supposed to be a suicide run into the village with a fully loaded Karov and just start blasting... the first container I opened had a bottle of saline inside and then RNGesus didn't know when to stop blessing me.
