Just wanted to gather opinions on how one might form the HRE the fastest and with who. What are some of the strats to preform this? Conquer as much as possible? attempt to spread your dynasty through marraige and the new support heir action? And assuming an early revoke how much dev did you lose from all the nations within the empire not spamming "dev province" for 300 years lol

I managed a 1548 revoke with austria though it was rather RP heavy, unoptimized and only really fought Hungary, Bohemia and France, adding minimal extra HRE land
