Need Help Regarding Ram and how it works when upgrading to 16 GB to 32 GB
For context I don't know anything when it comes to PC parts and building. I want to upgrade my ram from 16 GB to 32 GB because I heard it makes a big difference when you upgrade especially when it comes to having multiple tasks open. I decided to just buy the same 16GB of ram that I am already using on my PC just to make it a little easier on me. I was checking the CAS# Latency because I heard you need to match it with your other RAM or something like that? The RAM currently installed on mine is in the imgur link. The one I am looking to buy is 16-18-18-38. I was just wondering if it'll be compatible with mine and if so is there anything I need to do when installing it into my PC. Any recommendations will also be very helpful.
