Need Help Identifying a Noise (2023 GR Corolla, 31k miles)

Starting with a bit of backstory, had a roadtrip ~3k miles planned with some friends, decided to get an alignment done before heading out and the Toyota dealer quoted me with a new control arm (passenger front) stating they couldn't get the alignment in spec. After having that and the alignment done, it was basically straight into the roadtrip. Sometime on the roadtrip I noticed when turning the wheel over halfway to the right I would hear a strange clicking noise from the passenger front, so I scheduled an appointment with the dealer for when I got back. They couldn't find anything but said there was build-up on the rotors so they cleaned them off/light resurface and the noise went away (it did). The next week I was hearing this whistling noise and had no idea what it could be besides possibly brakes, so I went ahead and changed the front pads, however this did not appear to fix it. This noise is really weird and intermittent, I can't seem to ever force it to happen but when it does happen it seems to be on turning right. Another week goes by and suddenly this noise appears when turning to the left, most noticeable like in the video when full left, so I immediately rescheduled another appointment - this time the dealer says they greased everything up and the noise went away and they adjusted my parking brake as they think it could have been the cause of the whistling. Well while the click clack noise seems to be gone, the whistling has remained and I am feeling lost on what it could be, the tech seems to be having issues finding it so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas/suggestions.
