Is there a mouse with customizable accuation points for the side buttons?
Searched for "accuation" and didn't find anything on here nor when Google searching for the thread title.
I see the new X2 Superstrike has customizable actuation points for the main mouse buttons and it made me wonder if there's a mouse that has them for the side buttons. Honestly, I'm even open to out-of-the-box ways to adjust the accuation point on a mouse that's better than what I currently do (electrical tape on one of them which leaves gunk/residue as it slides around from use).
Use case: I play a FPS game where a movement mechanic requires you to press two buttons with a specific timing in-between. This timing changes depending on your locked frame rate. At 180fps and with my current G502, a few strips of tape on the side topmost button give me just about the right accuation point. Only issue is the tape slides after using it for awhile and then new tape has to be applied after removing the adhesive residue from the previous tape. Would love if there was either a mouse with software to adjust it or a more permanent solution.
