How can I push my business forward at night?

For context, I own an insurance brokerage. I’m also a caregiver for my medically fragile child.

I separate tasks by 1. client facing and 2. not client facing.

I get someone to watch my kids each day (an hour or two) when I can do client facing tasks (I.e., reviewing quotes, follow ups, customer service, etc.)

Then at night I do all my administrative stuff such as writing quotes.

I’m trying to come up with ideas on how I can push my business forward at night. I have developed cold email campaigns that have been successful. Social media is absolutely spammed with insurance agencies in my area so I haven’t figured out how to be effective in that space. I’ve thought of newsletters?

Any other ideas would be welcomed. I’m just trying to make the best of a tough home situation. Doing well so far but trying to do better.

Thanks in advance

A business coach friend told me, as a business owner, to start a Facebook group. It could be about anything but I would be the insurance guy if the group.

It seems like a lot of work with an unclear avenue of turning these people into leads.

Have you seen this model work? If so, why made it work?

Thanks in advance

EDIT. I’m an insurance broker. There are tons of local city groups already and also a ton of business networking groups. So I’d need something more niche.

I saw a clip on YouTube shorts and it looks like a great movie but I have no idea what it’s called.

The scene had a merfolk woman in a court room with a bunch of humans where she demanded that humans don’t use the sea or the air over the seas. The humans got mad and complained. The merfolk woman turned into a merfolk man and yelled at them.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance
