Charge rifle should go back into the care package, revert to its original functionality and be a permanent alternate to the Kraber.

Big cool laser beam sci-fi gun deserves the flare of being available only via care package. Making it a care package weapon would solve earlier complaints about it being too strong when 3 people have it etc. Giant laser beam gun should not be a common ground gun.

If people really love the current projectile behavior of the post-change charge rifle, they should add a new gun (called the Railgun) with the exact same projectile behavior but with new appearance and sound effects.
