Is my transaction permanently lost
I transferred USDT from another wallet to my solana wallet on Wealthsimple only to find out that Wealthsimple only supports usdt conversion for erc-20 and not Solana. I have the receipt from the initial transaction showing it’s been approved into my Wealthsimple solana wallet but the funds aren’t showing up. I contacted support is there any way they can fix this issue manually?
