1993 kawasaki bayou 400. Long story short, this thing is a basket case, finally got it running now the other many issues. Its overheating, do i need a battery to power the radiator fan and power sensors/ over heat light? theres no overheat or nuetral light on the dash, wondering how I'd run the wires to rig something simple to set that up as well.

36v Battery is fully charged, 42v on multimeter, screen powers on but shows only 1 blinking battery bar. The scooter will not move with throttle. What could the issue be?? I couldn't find anyone with this specific problem.
