Hello Everyone,

I have around 3 years 6 months experience in Azure, all of that at Accenture

I started my first switch journey this feb and have landed couple of offers. My current fixed at accenture is 5.25 lpa (wayyyyyy underpaid i know)

Now, I had got HCL first at 9.5 lpa then got KPMG KGS at 10.5 lpa. Now, I have a HR discussion at LTIMindtree

Although, KPMG HR has told me "they dont entertain counter offers" so seems like they wont match whatever LTM would offer

Not sure what the right move is. Obviously i want more cash but the Big 4 tag on resume will also help me a lot in future switches

Suggestions on what should I choose ?
