Almost crashed. Worth reporting?
I was entering the roundabout to take the third exit. The van entering the roundabout next to me on my left wanted to take the second exit straight ahead, but swerved into my right lane to exit straight. What made me furious was that he gave me the finger!
This is a standard roundabout where you are supposed to take the first and second exits from the left lane.
Where can I report this? Is it worth reporting? (I don't think I am the bad driver here). I am open to suggestions.
